Our May CloseBy® Spotlight features Treasures and Pleasures. This gift shop is located in Newburgh, IN, and offers a diverse assortment of items. There is something for everyone at Treasures & Pleasures!
Manager Lexi Burris has been utilizing CloseBy® Text Marketing since September 2023, and found a lot of success through the program. Lexi loves how CloseBy® allows her to communicate with her customers in a snap! She shares, “We love how quickly we can connect with our clients when we need to inform them of in-store events, new arrivals, etc! We do not run a ton of specials – so the text program gives us a platform to highlight items that we want to draw attention to for our customers.”
Since joining CloseBy®, Lexi has accumulated 119 subscribers – amazing! She tells us her customers love all aspects of the text program and are especially fond of the messages they receive on their birthdays. Lexi says, “Our customers LOVE the birthday club – as it gives them an incentive to come in and celebrate and treat themselves to something they love for their special day!”
