Our September CloseBy® Spotlight shines on Knoxville Barber Shop. This shop has been serving the Knoxville, IA community since 2006. Owner Paige Sowden signed up with CloseBy® Text Marketing earlier this year in January 2024, still in her first year with the program.
CloseBy® allows Paige to reach her customers at any time, preventing any miscommunication that might occur. She shares, “Before CloseBy®, clients would still drive to the shop if I was closed or opening late leading to frustration. Now, I can send out a text with my hours and my clients can plan accordingly.”
Knoxville Barber Shop has accumulated a list of 109 subscribers, since partnering with CloseBy® earlier this year – amazing! As a business owner, Paige wears many hats and is constantly on the move. Her Account Manager helps her to pre-plan messages, allowing Paige more time to focus on other aspects of her business. She says, “I love that I can pre-plan messages weeks in advance, and that I have an Account Manager who helps me create messages and offers strategies to build my list!”
