Our CloseBy® Spotlight for October features the City of Eureka. We have worked closely with City Services Coordinator Melissa Brown and the City of Eureka since March of 2017, when they signed up with the CloseBy® Text Marketing program.
Melissa really enjoys the ability CloseBy® gives her to communicate at the drop of a hat with all Eureka residents and the unwavering assistance we provide. She says, “The ease of use is the selling point, along with the incredible customer service. The pricing is affordable for the city and a great way to communicate with our residents and other subscribers about emergencies and city events.
The City of Eureka is able to utilize their CloseBy® program for various messages to their residents. In their time with CloseBy®, Eureka has accumulated a list of 1,173 subscribers and counting! Melissa is very adamant about promoting the text program around the city, in order to keep her residents well informed. She tells us, “We do post flyers in City hall and on the website. We also try to hand out flyers and speak to residents about city texting during community events.”
